Flight Match Pro

Flight Match Pro is a tool that can help you to identify claimable flights in your booking system. Your booking system can be directly connected with our database allowing us to identify the flights that have been delayed or cancelled. Flight Match Pro is perfect for checking a large number of flights in batch. Saving you a lot of time.

Using our API you can send your flight booking information to our system and the flights will then automatically be validated. The API will send you a list of the claimable flights eligible for a financial compensation in accordance with EC Regulation 261/2004.

With this system you can proactively advise and assist your clients, employees, insurers or passengers that are entitled to financial compensation. By connecting your booking system directly to our database you can receive the correct advice straight away.

CSV
If you are interested in the Flight Match Pro product but do not have the possibility to make an API connection it is also possible to request a manual check using a CSV file. When you provide us with a document that contains flight numbers, flight dates and an unique reference numbers we will be able to investigate and return a detailed list of all the claimable flights. Of course no privacy sensitive information is necessary. You can then give your clients the appropriate advice and assistance.
